Delivery Charges
All digital-delivery products will be delivered free-of-charge and will be immediately available via online access. Details of on line access will be sent by email immediately after purchase.
Physical products have different delivery charges depending on the item or items concerned. The delivery charge will be clearly displayed on the order page before any order is confirmed. We intend to deliver all physical products within 5-7 working days.
Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.
We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products in full, less the cost of return postage. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address.
Cancellations & Refunds
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to change your mind and cancel the purchase of any physical products from this website at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please either write to us at The Career Success Doctor, 2 Medina Road, London N7 7JU or email futurepaceconsulting@gmail.com quoting your order number.
If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
Please note that any downloadable products are not refundable.
